Unprofessional and *********** MANAGEMENT and STAFF at Dischem Promenade

If 0 stars was an option I'd go for that. Im so disgusted with Dischem Promenade. They have no customer services training. The rudest and most *********** butch of workers all in one store.They refuse to do returns from another store whether the product is broken or faulty, the manager said "We don't take things from other Dischem branches" I need to go back to blueroute even thou I live in Mitchells Plain close to the promanade branch. I have requested help looking for items in the Dischem Promenade branch only to be dismissed by workers.I was made to feel like a ***** in the same Dischem when my card wouldn't work due to bank issues. They went as far as asking me to not leave with my R39.99 almond milk after paying for it because they aren't sure if the milk was paid for. This was most embarrassing. They have my details. Why would I ***** while using my dischem loyalty card. I am so disgusted. I never stepped a foot back in there and I never will. We drive 15km away from home to go to a different dischem and if I need anything urgently Clicks stores has now become my go to. Never had a single problem in Clicks stores they helpful and very kind. Dischem could learn a few things from Clicks.
