Unpleasant staff and systems

I have been a loyal, happy Dis-chem customer for many years now. Recently however there have been many issues with the pharmacy. The last time was the worst and to add to it was a staff member that was extremely rude and border line arrogant. The pharmacy for some reason or the other created a different profile and I am now experiencing on-going issues when collecting medication monthly. It is highly unlikely that I would ever support nor refer anyone else to support Dis-chem on their pharmacy again. With rude staff and unreliable systems, it actually makes no sense to waste time going to Dis-chem.
