Unpleasant shopping experience @ Dischem Festival mall

A lady with a white complexion and a black headwrap was merchandising the soap and bath aisle. When I asked her about the benefits of black soap, she rep**** hostilely, saying, “Ayenzi lutho.” I didn’t understand why she was so mean, cold, and not knowledgeable about a product she was packing on the shelf. She could have referred me to someone with product knowledge!!!
