Unpleasant customer service experience

Roxanne Cloete I believe her name was today at Dsichem pharmacy in Blue Route that had an attitudes when assisted me and was so unfriendly. So I bought ointment on our medical aid and the I fully get asking questions due to fruad is acceptable but asking in the manner that she did and so loud as if I was not a beneficiary or ad access to the medical aid... If I really y wanted to ***** I would not be buying baby stuff. Plz sort out your employees and make them realise tbat they working for a salary and that they don't own the place.
