Unpleasant customer service

I went to purchase a ******** at Dischem Kenelworth centre, the price showed R999.95, but when I got to the till to pay the price changed to R1200.
I complained to the Manager and showed her the price on the shelve she did not want to amend the price. I always shop at Dischem it's my very first time to encounter this.
Please assist me on this matter.

You guys are not fixing my problem; all you are doing is telling me what you already told me about keeping enough money to pay my debt order, which I found upsetting. Because you are not making payments on my behalf, my concern is where the money you took in charges is going.
My account with ABSA needs to be closed. I'll transfer my mortgage to Standard Bank. I'm not interested in working with ABSA.
