Unnecessary long queues at Dischem

For quite a while, long waiting queues for medicines is the norm at Dischem Norwood. But instead of getting better it is getting worst. Now waiting in line to get prescription medicine for over 30 minutes is the new normal. Is this lack of management interest,inefficient management, lack of personnel training, or all of the above?
