Unnamed pharmacist behavior issues

The Glen dispensary I'll give you a 1 for service. I had to ask another pharmacist for the rude assistants name. His name is Dumi, the most appalling service was received from that guy. He refused to issue my medication, demanding a clinic card from me and told me to go back to the clinic. Mind you I have my ID document as well as an sms that my medication had been delivered. I usually collect my other chronic scripts thru Southgate and they by far have never disappointed me.. I was very disappointed with this guys' service. It was so appalling, I had to step out and call the clinic and ask them to contact the head pharmacist and resolve the issue. All this because one useless guy decided he's just going to be difficult. I was highly disappointed with your service at this branch... I'm not surprised because your security at the door is also super unfriendly. You'd swear you are going to ask for tea in their moms' house. So disappointed..
