Unhuppy very unhappy

This is the worst business I have ever encountered with. Not sure why we cannot even access the mobile app and that scare me. If this is the type of service received on an app I doubt if they would assist with any medical query as I discovered with someone else that also joined this medical aid. It is also not in my nature to write reviews and I had to go through a lot of trouble to make sure to warn other consumers. I am going to register a complaint at the Consumer Board. Disgusted....
