Unhelpfull Arrogant Staff

I went to buy Maybelline fit my foundation on Saturday 26/05/2018 at Dischem in Menlyn. Standing nearly for 5 min at the make up looking for someone to assist. I approach 3 Dischem staff member and One Revlon Promotion lady at the Revlon desk. There were busy with their own conversation. I have ask for help.Their were irritated because I did interrupt them. The one lady from dischem pull up her shoulders and said I don’t work there. I have asked if their can please come and help. The Promotion lady from Revlon screamed at me that "I said I am not working there". I told her no need for you the shout at me like a child. Can she please call a manager. The 3 ladies that work for Dischem started to disappear because i am asking for a manager. I went to the manager's office, I have explain to the trainee manager what happened. I walked with me to the counter to show him who did assist me. When we approach the counter, as I am busy explaining to him the Revlon Promotion Lady keeps on telling me in front of him, you are lying. At a stage he told her to keep quite. When I ask what her name is everybody kept quite and she answer go on online and google me. She was not wearing any name tag. I told her that she is the one lying because now she is playing the game that I am just having stories. How can Revlon or Dischem have so arrogant Promotion ladies doing marketing when there are not even Professional and their don't treat a customer with respect.
