Unhelpful service at Dischem Cresta

I am disappointed with the service that I received from Dischem at Cresta this morning. I went to the cosmetic/makeup department to ask the sales ladies where the in-store salon was. 3 ladies were standing there doing nothing. They pointed vaguely in the distance to a lady standing at the 3rd fan. They told me to ask her. The lady looked at me blankly and said she did not work at Dis-Chem. One of the 3 ladies then approached me and said it was at the baby department. I went to the baby department and still could not find it. I asked another salesperson who worked for Dischem and they pointed vaguely in the distance. I eventually found the beauty salon without any help from any salesperson. I was disappointed by the lack of helpfulness from the staff of Dischmem. I think that they could do much better.
