Unhappy Dis-chem customer

Me and my family filled out the booklet for the current promotion they are running, When we first wanted to cash in the booklet for the first prize we were told we cannot do that and that if we finished the booklet that we would be able to collect all the prizes at once

This morning we were informed that we could only get the highest prize and not everything as told before

The employees are giving customers incorrect information and when we did escalate this we were directed to the T&C'S which in my opinion is not a solution

We have spent over R2000 for something that would be cheaper without the promotion

This is a massive money making scheme and unless the T&C's is made aware

We are extremely upset with this whole situation
