Unhappy customers

Online shoping is a disaster. We have done a online oreder and dit not receive all the items.out off the 21 items we only received 10. Tried to call them but no luck. The items is at a value of more than R800. Every time we call some person said they will get back to us. We have been waiting for more than 3 months now to get this sorted. Which there is somethings more we can do
