Unhappy Customer

This evening at 17h30 I walked into Dischem Pharmacy to purchase Huggies Diapers for my little one.

On the shelf it priced R179.95 when I got to the cashier to pay they scanned it at R189.95 when I told the cashier of the shelf price as there was a difference he then called the manager named Mark Thornton who disgustingly told me that I should pay the R189.95 if not then I don't have to buy it and leave it, as well as made up an excuse saying that customers moved the nappies around on the shelves last time checked they have packers on store who is supposed to see to the shelves but not in this case.

Firstly Mark does not have customer etiquette at all and since I was colored I was given such pathetic service and for a manager of such a well known Pharmacy to have the don't take it leave you can go somewhere else attitude with customers will be the cause of business shutting down in promenade very soon. I would like feedback of this complaint if not I will take this matter to higher lever.
