unhappy customer

Still haven't received any feedback regarding this matter from Dischem.I not happy with the Dischem app. Because of Covid I like to order on line with the app. Dischem has the Disney stickers to collect. So i placed an order. Got my order delivered without stickers. Phoned Dischem they will have a look into the matter, why I didn't get the stickers and why it was not loaded on my app. Because I ordered on line they cant give me the stickers. I have been going up and down with Dischem to get the reason why I cant get the stickers. They have not updated on there side. So I wont get the stickers. Why does Dischem then put the Stickers on there app if we are not going to get them. Something else on the app is. You can put your Script also on the app and collect 2 Hours later. I put my script on Monday morning. Yesterday afternoon after 17.00 I went to Dischem I went to collect my script that I done on the app. They have not done my script so I had to stand in a que to go and get my script sorted. This is becoming a real hassle. Don't put on the app collect after 2 hours, if it won't be ready.
