Unhappy Customer

I ordered products online for Black Friday and was told that delivery would be 4 - 10 days because of increased orders for Black Friday orders.

It is now 12 DAYS later and the Courier has not even received my parcel yet, it has only been consigned!!!

My major problem is that no one will be at the delivery address from the 13th December 2019 and I won't be able to receive my parcel, yet when I mentioned it to Dis-Chem via Facebook Messenger they just couldn't give a damn.

Now I won't be able to receive the order that I was supposed to receive a couple of days ago
