Unhappy Customer

On the 30th of July 2019 in the afternoon, I went to Dischem Pharmacy(Shop11, Northrand Centre, CNR Northrand & Fire Station, Evenleigh, Boksburg) to get a medication which my Doctor sent via email to my email address. I had to print out the medication script so that I get the repeat medication. I gave the pharmacist the script who in turn said to me that this is not a doctors note and that I should not bring a ****d doctors script. I asked the pharmacist to call the doctor which he accused me that since this is a ****d doctors script I might have ****d the numbers aswell. My doctor suggested that he will send me the repeat script rather than me driving all the way to get a script at his surgery. I did not like the tone of his voice n such a way that everyone in the queue could hear that unpleasant conversation. This was not the first time I visit the pharmacy for medication. When I have a written doctors script no one raises their voice to read the script. Is this a good customer service?

Now if I needed that medication as an emergency, what was I suppose to do? Dischem Please look into this I am not happy with the service I received.
