Unfriendly staff

I had a bad experience at Dis-Chem Mall of Africa. Staff are very unfriendly and if they make a mistake they are upset with the client. It seems if they do not have knowledge of the products they sell. They could not help me when I wanted to use my vitality voucher. The sister could not help me with ear drops, when I show her a picture she said it is the first time she saw it, although it is a well known product.. I the future I will rather go to Clicks.
