Unfriendly service

Poor service at the clinic station, my wife and I came for the child's immunization. We had booked at the Baby City in Cedar Square but couldn't make the appointment. We ended up going to Fourways Mall but were told they didn't accept walk-ins because they only had one nurse on duty and they were expecting another patient. My wife then decided to make a booking and there was an appointment available in the next 20 minutes. Instead of the lady at the clinic desk informing us to check for available appointment online, she walked away when my wife decided to book the 11:40am on the 12th September 2023. I am worried regarding this kind of service because this is the closest dischem in my area. However, thank you to the nurse Ntombi who tried and gave us advice on some of the things we needed to know, though I was not offered a chair. We came back to the store at 14:05 and service around wasn't too friendly, there was a box laying around and it tripped my wife. Like the mood and service here is low.
