Unfair treatment

On Saturday 2020-02-08 I had an appointment for my daughter's immunization vaccine at dischem 3rivers. I arrived there 30 minutes early.apperently there is a place where they refer it as a reception but to my surprise it is not written so...I waited there at the waiting area and at exactly 11 o'clock the sister called the other couple in and assisted them. As soon as she was done she came out and said to me I will have to wait for half past eleven appointment and if the person who had an appointment that time does not pitch then maybe she would see us. I humbled myself and told her I was just right on time and she said I was lying... She then said she called me and I was not there. She will go and look at the cctv... The attitude sister NAIDENE gave me was just so wrong. I have never ever in my life been disrespected like that. I reported her to the manager and the manager said she says I should wait for her to finish whatever she was doing. She further told me that if I'm not satisfied with the service I got from her I should go elsewhere... As I'm speaking right now my daughter is due for her injection and Sister NAIDENE from wellness clinic dischem 3rivers said she can not help us... I don't know why, or maybe I'm too poor or young I just don't know... Many people are complaining about her but they are afraid to voice out... So please can something be done about this woman before dischem loose their customers.
