Unfair service

I have just came back from dischem in port Elizabeth the one in rind road just opposite green acres mall. I went there with my baby for his 9th month vaccination and oh I just got the worst nurse. I didn’t get her name( upset about that)but she had a short bob hair style with glasses . It’s was just 14:45 when I arrived and she told me to go get a prescription which I did. I care at 15:05 and there was another receptionist and I told her I was just there and I have a prescription for the vaccination. Few minutes later the receptionist came back apologizing that the nurse cannot help me because she can only do one vaccination and not multiple and I must come back tomorrow!!! What the hell? I took a day off to go there just to be told I must come back the next day! This is utterly ridiculous and disrespectful to me as she did not have the guts to tell me in my face! I asked the receptionist why did she not tell me earlier, sure rep**** and said she didn’t think I was going to come back? Excuse me?! That is completely unprofessional and I have never seen her there since I’ve started vaccinating my baby since birth !! How is it that Dischem can hire nurses on duty who cannot do a full 9 month baby vaccination??? Please tell me that because I completely waited my time petrol and effort only to be told to come back the next day.
