Unfair and misleading promotion put on the shelf

Future life promotion that they had the info I from 9f shelf says" buy any future life and get shaker free. When I asked the ladies they said special.is for any future life. I took 2 boxes and when I get to the till they arranged with Pieter for 2 shakers they gave me a copy for later collection. The teller asked the supervisor how to remove the shaker price on the list, I thought it was sorted, I told them I want those shakers for me n my son that's why I bought 2 products, later when collecting the shaker was told the different story, 2 same products for 1 shaker, the lady that was there when I buy now said the same story but that day she wasn't sure n went to ask about the special. I asked Pierer how as a customer supposed to know if the special is for certain products if all products are behind the board and it only says future life not being specific, but he insist is either he refund me the 49.99 or I take the shaker as it was already paid, and that I don't qualify for any free shaker, all this time he saw the receipt while still 7n the shop, the teller, the shelf assistance, the front manager all those people never said anything that day, until I had to collect my shaker. I asked Pieter whose fault is that if the special was not explained to me after numerous clarification, he just insist on saying there's nothing he can do but to either refund my 49.99 or I take the shaker as it was already paid for but not according to promotion, I asked what didn't the lady said anything of such but he just continue saying one thing, the lady just kept quite. I felt misled and humiliated n wanted my time to come to the shop for nothing. I was so bored just left the trolley with items inside, if the medication was not billed against my medical aid i would have left it also in the trolley.
