Unavailable Medication – Very Frustrating Experience

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Dis-Chem Lenasia. I was sent back and forth between the pharmacy and my medical aid, only to find out that my claim was still pending and the prescribed medication was either not available or not covered. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time, especially when I was already unwell. Staff were not helpful in explaining the issue clearly or offering alternatives. It is frustrating to pay for medical aid and still struggle to access basic medication. I expected better service, communication, and support from Dis-Chem. I hope this matter is taken seriously and improvements are made to avoid this happening to other customers.
