unacceptable service

<p>It is a shame that we still receive bad service in retail industry.</p> <p>I went to Wonderboom junction dis-chem on Saturday when I got there the doors were still open, I went in to do my shopping after I was in the store for 10 minutes a security guy came to me and said I must go to the till point to pay for the products I have in my basket. I told him that I'm still shopping. He said they are closed and that they want to knock off, I left the basket and went out. While I was out side the store a white lady come to the door and asked to come in and said she called the store and spoked to the manager that she is on the way to the store, the security guy at the door called the manager and they let her in while I was in the store and I was told to go n pay they are closed. I was not impressed with the service at all.</p>
