Unacceptable, pathetic quality

I have walked with crutches for the past 15 years. I purchased a new pair from your paarl store a week ago. I was walking at school ay slipped and almost fell. Uppon inspection i saw the metal came through the rubber. What pathetic quality? And you put me in danger. I suffer from osteogenisis imperfecta,brittle bones desease, so if i fall i break. This is unacceptable quality and service. I live in abbotsdale, now what do you expect me to do what with a new pair of crutches that puts me at risk for falling and breaking my bones....
