Unacceptable deals

On the 17th Dec 2017 I purchased Dove Shampoo 400ml and 350ml Dove Conditioner at Dischem. Through the WUHU deals I received a code to getting Vodacom 800MB data free. I never received the 800MG as neither Dischem nor Vodacom had any idea of this promotion. I dealt with both parties to no avail. And of yet have still not received my Vodacom 800MG free data. So who is to blame? DISCHEM? VODACOM? WUHU?
