Unacceptable : Customer Services

<p>Two weeks later , no reply on this! I took back a Wahl ladies trimmer yesterday, I bought it in August 2016. The last few weeks I’m struggling , then it’s working and sometimes not. I replaced the batteries twice in this past week.</p> <p>I use it daily to shave, it’s really an irritation if it does not work properly. The manager Karen Pentz from Dischem Glenfair refuses to exchange it, and want to send it in. An item that you use daily! It’s unacceptable!</p> <p>It’s time consuming and a waste of money! If that’s Dischem’s attitude I won’t buy anything from them in the future!</p> <p>Please resolve this issue ASAP.</p> <p> </p>
