Unacceptable behavior

On the 15th August 2017 at around 16:40 my wife went to your store to buy medication as she was sick, I would like to bring to your attention that she is pregnant and late in her 2nd trimester. She went to the shelf to collect the following medication, panado and prospan, the prospan 200ml was priced R62,95 on the shelf and the panado box of 20 capsules R29,95 she took both to the till for payment. It is general knowledge and an ethical principle that a pregnant lady should not que but your rude staff made my wife que, this conduct is unacceptable. As though this was not enough upon her arrival at the till after a long wait on the que the prospan was scanned and she was told it's R109,95, she explained to Beauty Miya, the lady at the till that the displayed price on shelf for this medication was R62,95, the lady moved from the till to shelf and saw the R62,95 price then called the other lady who rudely said "it's a pricing error sesi you are human you also make mistakes and so do we, you can't expect such a big medication with R62,95 , this medication is R109,95". There was clearly false advertising here, be it a mistake or not, the least that could have been done was to afford my wife an apology which she did not receive.

My wife stood for long in a que, was made to pay a price not displayed in the shelf and was rudely treated by your staff, is is very disappointing coming from a company of your caliber, I will also be sending discovery vitality an email to explain this kind of conduct to them.

I need you to refund my wife whatever diffence there is and take your staff for a communication training as well as a training to teach them that pregnant woman do not que.
