Unacceptable attempt to find answers

The Dis-Chem App has a feature "to create your Wish List to the value of R5000 and you could win it back, I followed the instructions on 8 December 2023, and entered my first item. The actual item I was looking for was sold out at the Raslouw Branch. I phoned around and found what I was looking for at the Thatchfield branch and went to purchase said item on 9 December 2023 but when I wanted to scan and add this to my wish list I was not allowed. I returned to the Thatchfield branch to enquire and get assistance.

Well after a few calls and emails I was told that my wish list containing 1 item had been submitted, I went on to ask why this happened as the competition only closes on 15 December 2023. I was never afforded any opportunity to add to my wish list at all and posed questions to a person called Tracy, on the careline but received no responses as to what happened and how to fix it.

To me that is unprofessional and extremely rude, why do we as consumers remain loyal to a business that treats us that way? I should think Dis-Chem should show us some respect too for still using them after that public issue regarding white employees.
