UNABLE TO REDEEM POINTS
<p>I always support this store as it's convenient when doing my other shopping and also use this store for puchasing my make up. I went into the store to buy vitamins and make up. The Revlon agent did not know how to do foundation matching and got another lady off the floor to come and help me because she did not know how to help me - bad reflection on Revlon for not having people on the floor that understand the customer and the product needed for them. I then continued to also purchase my Lipstick which costs R200 of which again she could not give me a price - I asked purely to see her reaction and again she knew nothing.</p> <p>The store was exceptionally busy as its month end, I asked to cashier to please redeem my points which i have not used in such a long time. Pitty the points are so little, Clicks offer better cash backs. The cashier advised me I can use my points as they dont have my contact number and need to go the information desk and come back again. I was in a hurry as my husband and kids where sitting the car waiting - I was popping in just to get my stuff and go just to be told i can use my points. This is unacceptable - I gave all my details when I app**** for my card, nothing has changed in the last 12 years then to be told i can use my points. I am very unhappy about the service I received from Dischem. This is not the first disappointment. i was previously give an face cleansing voucher to use for my birthday just to be told our store dont have the facilities - I never seem to get any satisfaction form the store.</p> <p>Dischem has had my details - i was inconvenienced and keep being conconvenienced by the incompentece of staff. The lady from the information desk came to the till and raised her voice at me telling this is how it works and there is nothing else she can do and I need to go the information desk now if I want to redeem my points becuase she needs my contact details. Very unprofessional experience and I told her i was going to lodge a complaint.</p> <p>Very unhappy and disatisfied!</p>
