Unable to make an appointment for my baby

Im trying to book a clinic appointment for my baby's 14 weeks immunisation. I held the line for over an hour being number 4 until I ran out of airtime. Tried to book on the App it says all the times are taken. Unfortunately I cannoy go instore to make an appointment with an infant during this pandemic. He is due next week. Please assist.
