Un happy customer

Im a pregnant woman and I was told about a dischem baby bag by a sales person, iv spent the exact amount they needed me to spend to qualify, iv waited and waited for the call but nothing. Iv been to d store to do follow up but they always tell to come check next week, iv spent so much petrol, what I want to know was this a **** or what?
