****ty and Lazy pharmacist at Castle Gate

I write this with utmost disappointment. Dis-Chem at Castle Gate is quite a drive but the Clicks near me has bad customer service and I didn't need that today.. So I went to Castle Gate. Where I asked the Pharmacist for Ibuprofen. He ended up giving me Brufen, a brand/pill I have never tried. Now, my cramps get quite bad and I stick to Ibuprofen like it's my lifeline because I know that not just any pill helps with my cramps. Where I told him that I don't know if it will work, he argued that it will. He never told me the price but it seemed to be around the same price as to what I normally pay. But guess what? It's R25 MORE than I usually pay AND it is only for 10 pills. 1 pill every 8 hours, so I have to be stuck with cramps till I get to drink some ****ty expensive pills that doesn't work at all. Did it look like I can afford to pay R45 for pills? Was the pharmacist too lazy to go and count the pills? I think it is option number 2. I want to say that I want a refund, but you'd probably just say that I already used the pills and pull up your shoulder and laugh. That lazy ass needs to be fired, NEVER tell someone on their period with bad cramps that some pre-packed pill will help. Especially if they say they don't know if it will.

One star too much for you. I wish I got his name, but I'll go by at some point just to get it.
