Totally pathetic

I was phoned by call centre asking if I wanted my regular script prepared for collection at Randridge. good idea I thought. However after standing in queue for 30 minutes only to find it hadn’t been prepared and then another 15 minutes to get it done. What should have been something efficient turned into a something totally inefficient, and the staff don’t even care. It would have been quicker to go in queue in normal way.
