Top points to Dis-Chem outlets for excellent customer service

So many companies hack me off because they only pay lip service to customer service. I'm referring specifically here to provision of online email functionality or email addresses in their web sites - clearly inviting communications. But so many entities do not respond. Why? Today though, an excellent experience with Dis-Chem. Via their web site, I sent 5 online product enquiry emails to outlets in east of Joburg & East Rand and by 1610 had had responses from all of them. Top points to Vania (Meadowdale), Arno (Bedford Square), Jaques (Boksburg K909/ER Retail Park) Darryl (? at East Rand Mall) and a person at Eastgate. Much appreciated all
