Too bust to answer call or too slack.

After sitting in the "too busy" queue and listening to all the adverts I finally get an opportunity for them to call me back,nice! What do you think that happened? No call back after hours of waiting. Should I feel sorry for them having high call volumes or too little staff,NO. This is very unprofessional as I need cronic meds. I will have to wait till they have had a good nights rest and maybe someone will call me tomorrow or not at all. I will be patient and wait, and wait and wait.
