TLC Dis-Chem Pharmacy worst in Kempton Park

This is for the Dis-Chem Pharmacy in De Wiekus, TLC De Wiekus, Kempton Park.

They delivered Acute medications to my home Monday evening, 18H36. After paying, I went inside and saw that I've been charged for 4 items and only received 3. I phoned Tuesday morning, after holding on the phone for close to 15 min without any answer I sent an email and WhatsApp. One of the staff phoned me back immediately, saying that he will investigate and get back to me during the course of the day. I didn't receive any feedback. I've sent a WhatsApp this morning that's not even delivering, I've sent an email that is being ignored, and I've been on the phone for over 20 minutes without it even being answered. This is urgent medication that is needed, and they couldn't give a damn. The most pathetic Dis-Chem in the whole of Kempton Park, honestly. In the future, rather go to Festival Mall or Glen Marais. Their staff is better trained to assist clients.
