Title: Rude and Unacceptable Service – Dis-Chem Greenstone

I had a terrible experience at Dis-Chem Greenstone Mall. The staff member who assisted me was rude, arrogant, and shockingly ***********. She could not tell the difference between a 240ml and a 330ml bottle and argued with me instead of checking the price — even in front of her supervisor.

I escalated the matter to the manager, Mr Du Preez, who said he would deal with it. I hope disciplinary action was taken.

I have a 3-month-old baby and shop here regularly, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning. Dis-Chem seriously needs to address staff competence and customer service at this branch.
