Tired to avoid being embarrassed at dischem

I have been to dischem at chatsworth centre and saw an in-store promo for diapers i proceed to the baby section but never touched anything because previously I have took the wrong thing to the cashier myself....I got help from a dischem employee who told me he knows the exact product and told me to take it....the promo price is 179.....at the till it had scanned for 229 and turned out being the wrong item I told the manager it Is not my fault and I tired to save myself from embarrassment and I was not willing to leave without that for that price anil Singh on duty refused with a stern no and a walk away not caring that I saw it for that price and was handed that product I am absolutely terrified that consumer act is not practiced at the chatsworth centre branch and embracing a customer is worth more then actually knowing yourls products and having staff trained on promotional items
