Three Rivers Dis-Chem

For the second month in a row, our chronic medication was not ready for collection. We have to wait at least 30 minutes for them to get it ready. What is the use for us to email at least 2 days prior to collection? They don't even reply on the email to say, please come 2 days later because we are not done with your order yet. Please can we get some clarity?!
