This girl was rude

I was waiting in queue with my friend a lady came and told us to go and pay at teller number 13. When we got there this girl screamed at us I have a customer, who sent you here. Mind you she said this with attitude and was even rolling her eyes. Please tell me where is the customer service? She could have said that politely and we would have understood. I really do not understand who gave her the right to shout at us. We were waiting in the queue and we were told to go to there, we did not just rock up to her till. <br> <br> I'm really disappointed at the service I got today at Dis-Chem. What happened to soft skills training that girl really needs one.
