THINK TWICE ABOUT BUYING ANY ELECTRICAL GADGETS FROM DISCHEM KILLARNEY

I bought a WAHL nose, ear, eyebrow trimmer from dischem, even though I bought it in December I used it only once, the first time it did trim but was not to my satisfaction and when I used it the second time it gave me problems, I took it back to dischem Killarney to check on it why it’s not working properly, the customer service lady was busy talking to one of the ladies that worked in the shop, for a few minutes I was totally ignored, then I showed her the wahl trimmer and told her what the problem was it was arrogance deluxe, like she was not interested, so she called the manager who looked at the wahl trimmer and told me it was broken, and that is nothing that they can do, he was also kind of arrogant and told me I broke it, it was still in the box and he just said there is nothing he can do if he sends it back it will take a while to get it back but not in a pleasant manner, this wahl trimmer has a two year warranty, eventually I said to them I am not going to argue with them they can keep the machine and walked out of the shop, the customer service person should recommend they call the wahl agent and find out what the problem and how they can rectify the matter that is what customer service is all about and management services is all about, I have been shopping for years at Killarney dischem, twice I had a problem with the customer service who could not care for the customers but it the first time I met the manager, I know all the other managers and they were all polite if I could not find something and another thing when one needs something or advice there is no one in the aisle designated to them we have to get someone to call them to attend to us, maybe I should also try and shift my medical aid prescriptions to Clicks where you get better service, the best service lady in Killarney is the lady from the natural remedies aisle she is always, SO I SAY ONE WOULD GET BETTER SERVICE AT CLICKS AND THEY HAVE THE SAME PRODUCTS, SEND YOUR MANAGER AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY TO THE RURAL AREAS AS SHE IS NEVER THERE TO CORRECT THE MISTAKES BUT JUST TO CHAT TO STAFF LIKE ITS A TEA TIME THE WHOLE DAY, IF YOU NEED PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE GO TO CLICKS my name Krishna Govender and my number is *** and I gave the wahl trimmer as a present to the manager, it’s still in the box
