They took advantage of my grandmother. Happy to take her money and NOT deliver on service! My grandmother is a pensioner who needed blood tests to be done at Dischem as her clinic was not operating on full staff. We had to get external tests and have them sent to the clinic. We called Dischem, asked for the turnaround time to ensure the blood tests would arrive in time before my grandmother's next appointment at the clinic. Turns out that Dischem never sent it and we could not get her medication because there were no blood tests to see what was wrong. After many emails back and forth with ERNST VAN RENSBURG - he has just decided to ignore me and my request for a refund. Why should we pay for a service that was not delivered? But wait, there is more - The nurse at Dischem Carlswold did not know how to draw blood. She *****ed my grandmother in multiple places and still had not one vile of blood. To top it off, she felt uncomfortable wearing a mask and just took it off, happily breathing in my diabetic grandmother's face! What medical practitioner does that? After an hour we had had enough, and we decided to go to another branch in Mall of Africa. It took us over two hours to get blood and after all of that, the tests never even made it to the clinic. Turns out my grandmother has a kidney problem and due to the pathetic service of Dischem, we did not get her the right medication when we needed it. Last time I spend a cent at this pathetic rip-off of a place.
