They don't pay out refund claims

Submitted a refund claim in April and even now the claim has not been paid out. Kaelo and Dischem health are just nonsense. Even submitted my 3 months bank statement in May as proof that they haven't paid me even though they say they did. Wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy
