THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

The staff are very uninformed about the Disney stickers promotion. When we went to claim two of our prizes after spending a lot at Dischem (allowing us to fill two gifts) they told us that we were not allowed two but only one. Without explaining that to us before hand so we are able to be informed. The customer service at Dischem is a disgrace. THEY SIMPLY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Instead of listening, noticing the mistake and rectifying it they just say here’s the link for T&Cs.

Disgraceful, they’ll never see another rand from me.
