These guys offer the most horrific service in this industry wow! Shocking service indeed. People do not be fooled about the cheap prices they offering cause it's the same as their service. Spoke to their Team Leader by the name of Thabiso who promised to look into my query and revert back to and to-date am still waiting. Tried calling him and u cannot get him. My God.....left a message for Thabiso's Manger and nothing still. Am so disgusted about this company. Let me warn u, these guys don't pay for anything, most things they don't cover them and they don't tell u when they sign u up which is very scary......u cannot trust these guys about your life so pls make sure before u sign up with them. They will never even give u a panado and again very misleading company. U call them and tell u want to go to Lancet and they say yes BUT now am stuck with the bill and on top of that they have the don't care attitude. Pls be careful of Kaelo guys rather pay more for a medical aid knowing u will be taken care of in times of need. I will never even recommend them to my worst enemy. I doubt they even care.
