The WORST experience I have ever encountered.

I am trying to order my chronic medication from Dis-chem Sunward Pharmacy, this is the 5th time now.

I am very disappointed with the service. The other day I went to get my medication after my doctors appointment, I was extremely dizzy. I went to the collection aisle and told the lady I cannot wait in the long que because I am extremely dizzy. She told me that she works in the self medication department, she took my prescription and said it will take about 10-15min. I told her that is to long, will wait in the car rather because I am not well. What hurt the most is that she could have helped me as there was literally 2 people in the self prescription aisle and for prescription the que was long. I waited in the long que, holding on to stuff to avoid falling. I did not have enough energy to complain as that would have required a lot of energy from me. I literally cried cause it seems she wasn't bothered. As I am writing this, I am still in tears because of how she treated me. This is not customer service!
