The worst Dis-Chem branch - Benmore Centre

Dis-chem Benmore Centre is just about the WORST Dis-Chem. First of all, that entire shop is like a maze, you need a map to get around. And dare you ask any of the staff for assistance, I was better off pulling out my GPS. The lady I asked didnt know either so she took me round in circles then eventually asked another staff member who then directed us. Then, i get to the self medication dispensary, and there's no queue, except for 4 Dis-Chem staff who are chatting away about vitamins for their children and mothers, giving each other advice. I stood there, waiting in hopes that one of them would see me standing there, one did, but carried on. Eventually I get the lady's attention, as she carried on in conversation. Until I said "can you assist me please". She casually says sorry, and proceeds to take her time to punch in details of my order/request. I get to the paying point, and the lady at the till acted like she was forced to be there. She was taking her sweet time, didnt greet, didnt say thank you... nothing. It took a lot out of me to walk out of there without yelling. I will never use this Dis-Chem again. I'll still to the best one yet - Dis-Chem Randridge Mall. At Benmore, they need to fix things.
