The worse customer service I’ve received

I went to Dis-Chem at Musgrave Centre today - 08/04/2026. Absolutely rude customer service from the manager and some of the staff. I was holding a box of perfume and the perfume fell out and broke. To give context, I was shopping with my friend and we were using the same shopping cart. She was paying for her things and a cashier called so I decided to take my things and go pay there. When I was carrying them, the incident happened. Obviously it wasn’t my intention for it to break, but they kept insinuating that it was negligence on my end whereas the box the perfume was in was not secure. I was obviously frustrated as I wasn’t intending on breaking it at all. They made remarks and just overall unprofessional. They mostly were rude and stared at me badly, It really caused my day to be ruined. Thank you to the staff members who assured me that it was a mistake. They really made me feel better about the situation. Staff members at Dis-Chem Musgrave Centre, work on your customer service and care. It’s lacking
