The nappy struggle is real!

I always buy my nappies at Dis-Chem, because after your 10th purchase you get a free pack. So after every month buying 2 packs or more at times (i have 2 children on nappies) to finally receive my sms to tell me to collect my free bag of nappies. So thinking, after every month going into Dis-Chem to buy nappies it actually paid off. Unfortunately i had phone problems and lost the sms. I went into the closest store to ask if they can just check on my card so i can collect the nappies, the lady told me that only HO has this and she sent them an email requesting them to send me the sms again. After a week, i still haven't received the sms, i phone, they say they will send, then again, phone, they will send the sms, till to date after how many calls to them i STILL have not received my sms. Why it cant just be on the card, instead of using the sms, no one will know. So i'm kind of upset because really now, to phone every time and nothing happens about it is pathetic. Last month i bought my nappies at PnP where i used to in the past, all in one stop shop, and wont be using Dis-Chem again. At least i will get U Count and Smart shopper points. So Mommies, be careful of this!
