The lines are long

The lines are long. The managers don't bother ensuring that there are sufficient people in tills. I went there today. Arrived there around 11h35. Waited to be served for over 15 of not 20 min in the till. I mean we don't go there to waste so much time in the line. Please make sure your managers keep on checking the lines and give us the service we deserve. You can't have 3 people in tills with over 25 people in the lines....
